Caroline Berthe Altimani – Franco/American wedding coordinator

Caroline Berthe Altimani, is a truly multi-cultural event planner.  She was born and grew up in the United States, so she has an innate understanding of the United States and American expectations for service and standards of quality.  Caroline has lived in France for over 20 years, first spending 10 years in the Loire Valley castle region.  For the past 10 years, she has made her home in Paris.

Caroline has extensive experience in both the travel and event planning industry.  In her job at a high-end American map company, she created regional maps of France highlighting the best castles for accommodations and the most savory restaurants and most interesting local activities.  She traveled throughout France, always keeping an eye out for businesses that go beyond the expectations and standards of savvy American travelers.

Caroline has been planning destination weddings since 2003 and quickly became the most experienced wedding planner in the country.  At the time, there were no other competitors to speak of, and only a year or two later did other wedding planners begin to appear on the scene.  Since the beginning, Caroline has specialized in destination weddings in France and Italy for American, British, Canadian and Australian couples.

Elena Piemonte – Italian wedding coordinator

Elena is known for her ability to handle stressful and complex situations. She lived and studied in the United States, speaks English fluently and has worked for important companies in the travel industry as well as in the food industry. She has organized events and travel now for over 15 years for broad range of international clients.

People quickly sense they are in responsible hands after dealing with her and are able to relax and let her take care of all the details. She inspires confidence from the start. Her expertise in handling long and difficult events with meticulous care has won her much praise. 

Her network of contacts established throughout the many years of activity extends all over Italy and includes a vast range of service providers from private guides to wedding halls to caterers.
