This enchanting historical setting, plunged in a lush green area, from where the sight of Rome is just amazing, makes wedding celebrations exclusive and unique events.

On top of a hill, almost concealed in its intimate ambience, where the land slopes downwards to the sea, the Villa has been standing for over 400 years.

Careful and thoughtful restoration has made for what human neglect and the passing of time couldn't avoid, thus endowing the building once again with its own monumental appeal, yet completing its artistic beauty and impressiveness with a thorough and respectful re-design of the magnificent Italian Garden, whose century old trees can still grant silent shade during the relaxing walks and whose imposing, long driveway gives guests hints of what's in store ahead.  

Decor:

Considered from the start one of the most prestigious manors in the area, the building shows some distinctive traits that make its architecture unique: two side towers emerge from the central building and project forward, thus breaking the more classical and ordinary schemes of late 15th century buildings.

Its majestic halls, often vaulted and richly decorated with original 17th century frescoes whose actual brightness and fresh air seem unbelievable, welcome elegant and special events, thus blending history and art of a precious past with the most comfortable facilities of contemporary life.

Pictorial decorations are the most remarkable feature of the main floor and were conceived according to a central theme that could somehow sum up the spiritual qualities of the client as well as a peculiar description of a chosen topic, usually concerning the time of the day and the seasons or the Zodiac and Heaven, accomplishing results which visitors usually find beyond any expectation.

The large green area surrounding the building was in the past mostly devoted to orchards, olive groves and a small vineyard, whose produce was to be used according to demand in the regular events being carried out inside the imposing building.

Receptions:

Many of the beautiful halls are expressly meant to house special wedding banquets, (always no more than one per lunch or dinner). Their arrangement is extremely elegant and enhanced by the choice of precious curtains and table ware, matching with the colors of the room's pictorial decoration and in accord with the extraordinary atmosphere of this historical mansion.

From the restaurant, guests can enjoy a spectacular vista onto the city of Rome while experiencing the savory taste of a renown cuisine that weds high professional care with international experience.

Accommodation:

62 rooms are perfectly equipped and furnished according to the style of the Villa. Only 13 rooms are in the main building while the others are in nearby buildings of the 18^th century and connected to the main villa by an underground corridor. Bedrooms feature wood for the floors and beamed ceilings, precious tapestry and bed ware, add a sophisticated touch to the whole, enhancing the soft atmosphere of this refined site.
